  • Reconfigurable Computing: FPGAs, custom processors, hardware accellerators, hardware implementation of algorithms.
  • Embedded Computing: microprocessors and system-on-chip (SoC), real-time processing.
  • Parallel Computing: High-performance computing, Multiprocessors System-on-Chip (MPSoC).
  • Optimization and Evolutionary Computing: multiobjective optimization, evolutionary and bio-inspired computing.
  • Wireless Sensor Networks: environmental on-line monitoring, e-health, node placement optimization.

    • More than a dozen of R+D+i projects. Stays at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland) and Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (Portugal). Member of SENSOLOG S.L.
